If an error occurs when using Windleafe, details may be stored in a log file, and this can be examined and if needed, passed to us to examine for any specific issues that may have occurred.
Typically this log file is in directory with path %AppData%\WindLeafe\ErrorLogs and can be opened by clicking on the menu option for Open Log folder under the Help menu
To send it to us, email to support@ICTWorks4u.com explaining your issues and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
It is also recommended that you clear this folder down occasionally as the entries are only relevant to any issues you may have.
