Once the output is generated, it can be viewed and saved.
There are three main output variants that can be chosen.
These are:
- One file
All output is in one file stored on the path chosen. This is normally the best option for creating most content. - One file per record.
This is more to generate letters, invites or notices when you may want to print each individually - A file for every so many records
This is for making short lists on a page or for event lists that go over a page.
Once the output is generated, then you can view the folder or the file of there was only one.
Normally the content can be placed in the project folder, but it can go anywhere on your system.
Automated production using the command line application will put the content as defined by the windows based application’s settings when configuring the project.
